INTRODUCTION:<\/div>
WW MOBILITY SOLUTIONS (dba WWLIMO.com) is a platform that connects you with car service and limousine companies in your requested area. You can book reservations through our website, and you have the option to request a quote or open a customer account for online booking.<\/div>
SERVICES:<\/div>
We strive to provide you with a positive experience. When you enter your ride information and transportation service preferences on our website, we will find the most qualified affiliate in your area to offer you the best service at the best price, thanks to our negotiated rates. While we do take certain steps to verify the credentials of our affiliated limousine companies, we cannot guarantee or endorse the skills or reputation of these companies or the quality of the service they may provide if you choose to retain their services.<\/div>
PAYMENTS:<\/div>
WW MOBILITY SOLUTIONS accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.<\/div>
To confirm your reservation and hold the vehicle, full payment for all trips must be made in advance. Vehicles will not be dispatched for service if payment is not received.<\/div>
If your transaction is declined, we will attempt to contact you to arrange alternate payment so that your service can continue as contracted.<\/div>
WW MOBILITY SOLUTIONS may charge your credit card for any of the following: deposits, cancellation fees, damages to the vehicle, and all services rendered. We will calculate the exact amount of hours and charges when the trip is completed and deduct your deposit amount from the balance due.<\/div>
CANCELLATIONS:<\/div>
If you cancel your service after the specified time for the type of service you have reserved, you will be responsible for the remaining balance due. This balance will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.<\/div>
To cancel an existing reservation, you must submit a request via email to reservations@WW MOBILITY SOLUTIONS.com. Voicemails or phone calls requesting a cancellation or modification will not be considered proper notification.<\/div>
CANCELLATION TIMETABLE:<\/div>
Airport pick-ups (Sedan & SUV service):<\/div>
To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made 72 hours before the service time.<\/div>
If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the reservation date, a charge of 50% of the total will be applied. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 100% of the total will be due. For all limousine and charter arrangements, a non-refundable 20% deposit is taken in case of cancellation.<\/div>
Stretch Limousine:<\/div>
Deposits are non-refundable. To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made 14 days before the service time.<\/div>
If a cancellation is made within 14 days before the scheduled pick-up date, a charge of 50% of the total will be applied. If a cancellation is made within 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date, 100% of the total will be due. For all limousine and charter arrangements, a non-refundable 35% deposit is taken in case of cancellation.<\/div>
Mini Bus & Coach Bus:<\/div>
Deposits are non-refundable. To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made 14 days before the service time.<\/div>
If a cancellation is made within 14 days before the scheduled pick-up date, a charge of 50% of the total will be applied. If a cancellation is made within 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date, 100% of the total will be due. For all Mini Bus and Coach Bus reservations, a non-refundable 35% deposit is taken in case of cancellation.<\/div>
SPECIAL EVENTS:<\/div>
Weddings – cancellations must be made no later than 60 days before the service date.<\/div>
All prom reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.<\/div>
Please note that these cancellation policies may change during major festivals and conferences.<\/div>
REFUNDS:<\/div>
If you are eligible for a refund of any payments made to us (e.g. deposits, prepaid overtime, balance), we will process your refund within two weeks by issuing a company check or crediting the credit card used for payment. If a credit card was not used for payment, we will issue a company check.<\/div>
DAMAGES:<\/div>
You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by you or any member of your party. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be charged for any damages. If the cost of damages exceeds the credit limit on the card, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance and are required to pay the invoice within 30 days.<\/div>
LIABILITY:<\/div>
WW MOBILITY SOLUTIONS and our affiliated limousine companies assume no liability for any accidents, injuries, or losses sustained while traveling in one of our vehicles. You agree to release WW MOBILITY SOLUTIONS and our affiliated limousine companies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided.<\/div>
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:<\/div>
WW MOBILITY SOLUTIONS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly for any changes. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.<\/div>
