ニューヨークのキャンセルポリシー
キャンセル料は、ピックアップ場所と予約がキャンセルされた時間に基づいています。最短通知期間（集荷予定時刻より前）は以下のとおりです。
- マンハッタン：30分（30分）
- NYCの自治区と空港：60分（1時間）
- Cancellations that occur without the requiredIf you need to cancel your reservation, the following fees will apply based on the pickup location and notice period. Minimum notice periods (time before the scheduled pickup time) are as follows:

If you cancel without the required notice, the following fees will apply based on the pickup location:
- Manhattan (Sedan): $35 + tax + any applicable wait time and car seat fees
- Manhattan (SUV): $68 + tax + any applicable wait time and car seat fees
- NYC Boroughs and Airports: Full fare up to $78 + tax, wait time, tolls, parking, meet and greet, and car seat fees
Please note that any changes to a reservation made without the minimum notice period specified in the reservation email will be considered a cancellation of the original reservation and will result in the applicable cancellation fee being charged.
We reserve the right to require payment of the full fare at the time the reservation is made. If you need to cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the fare as a cancellation fee for up to 60 days after the scheduled service date.
The cancellation and other fees outlined above also apply if the passenger is not available for their scheduled pickup.
ニューヨークの通行料ポリシー
For trips within the NY area, you are responsible for paying the driver’s roundtrip tolls between the pickup and drop-off locations, if the trip is between New York and New Jersey. This is a requirement of the TLC. Below are a few examples of toll rates:
- JFKからマンハッタンへ：$7.50
- LGAからマンハッタンへ：$7.50
- EWRからマンハッタン（5番西、96番以上）：$15.15
For trips outside of the New York Metro area, tolls will be charged based on the actual route taken at the local toll rate at the end of the ride. They will only be incurred by the passenger for the one-way route to the drop-off location. Tolls are subject to changes made by toll authorities and may be adjusted without notice.

予約メールに記載されている最小通知期間なしに予約が変更された場合、元の予約はキャンセルされたものと見なされ、該当するキャンセル料が課せられます。
予約時に全額を事前に請求する権利を留保します。キャンセルの場合、当社は、サービス予定日から最大60日間、キャンセル料として請求されない運賃の一部を保留する権利を留保します。
上記のキャンセルおよびその他の料金は、乗客が予定されたピックアップに対応できない場合にも適用されます。
ニューヨークの通行料ポリシー
ニューヨークへの旅行の場合、ニューヨークとニュージャージーの間を旅行する場合は、乗客の乗降場所との間の両方で、ドライバーの往復通行料も負担します。これはTLC規制です。以下はいくつかのサンプルレートです。
