• Cancellations that occur without the requiredIf you need to cancel your reservation, the following fees will apply based on the pickup location and notice period. Minimum notice periods (time before the scheduled pickup time) are as follows:

  If you cancel without the required notice, the following fees will apply based on the pickup location:

  • Manhattan (Sedan): $35 + tax + any applicable wait time and car seat fees
  • Manhattan (SUV): $68 + tax + any applicable wait time and car seat fees
  • NYC Boroughs and Airports: Full fare up to $78 + tax, wait time, tolls, parking, meet and greet, and car seat fees

  Please note that any changes to a reservation made without the minimum notice period specified in the reservation email will be considered a cancellation of the original reservation and will result in the applicable cancellation fee being charged.

  We reserve the right to require payment of the full fare at the time the reservation is made. If you need to cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the fare as a cancellation fee for up to 60 days after the scheduled service date.

  The cancellation and other fees outlined above also apply if the passenger is not available for their scheduled pickup.

  For trips within the NY area, you are responsible for paying the driver’s roundtrip tolls between the pickup and drop-off locations, if the trip is between New York and New Jersey. This is a requirement of the TLC. Below are a few examples of toll rates:

  For trips outside of the New York Metro area, tolls will be charged based on the actual route taken at the local toll rate at the end of the ride.
